Dr. McCharen’s goal as a Santa Cruz County Chiropractor is to help you to improve your quality of life. As a Chiropractor since 1985 he has been helping people through Chiropractic, not only with pain, but with many major health issues. Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Mineres Disease, Headaches, Chronic Fatigue and Chronic neck and back pain are just some of the conditions that have been helped or eliminated under Dr. McCharen’s care. Dr. McCharen’s use of the cold laser is unique to Chiropractic in the Santa Cruz County area, it helps to reduce pain and inflammation.
Aptos Core Care is conveniently located on Clubhouse Drive in Aptos very close to Highway 1. Patients have made comments like "healing, serene, and peaceful" to describe the ambiance. Dr. McCharen received his degree from Palmer West Chiropractic College in 1985. He continues to take post graduate courses yearly, including courses in laser therapy, myofascial release, and nutrition. Which are his passion.
